Izabela Piekarska, a 27-year-old center, had 14 points and Agnieszka Skobel weighed in with 11 as Poland won, 77-52.
Estonia, who fell at home to Switzerland in their first game in midweek, had no answers for the Poles in the early going.
Piekarska had eight points as the Polish outfit stormed into a 23-10 lead by the end of the first quarter and established control for good.
By half-time, the lead had grown to 36-19.
They went in front by as many as 30 points and were never in danger against the Estonians.
Poland shot 22 of 49 from inside the arc and six of 10 beyond it.
Veteran power forward Agnieszka Majewska had a game-high nine rebounds to go with her four points for the Poles, who next play at Montenegro.
Estonia will now catch their breath and play their next game at home against Montenegro on 23rd June.
