Slovenia used a huge third quarter to see off Belgium 75-56 in Group C of the EuroBasket Women Qualification Round.
Slovenia had held a narrow 33-32 advantage at half-time, but their lead was 53-37 by the time the final stanza began.
Belgium, winless in the group, began brightly, and were leading 15-11 on Jana Raman's jump-shot with 3:06 left in the first quarter.
However, Slovenia were up by half-time as Noemie Mayombo's jump-shot missed on the buzzer.
Belgium did take the lead with an early three from Laurence Van Malderen in the second half, but it was about the only bright spot for the visitors as Slovenia responded with a devastating 18-0 run, leading 53-37 on a lay-up from Sandra Pirsic at the end of the third quarter.
Belgium got the gap back to 10, 59-49, on a lay-up from Miete Celus midway through the fourth quarter, but Slovenia quickly responded, with a three from Ziva Zdolsek making it 70-55 with 1:46 to go.
Teja Oblak led Slovenia with 19 points, while Pirsic added 15, and Nika Baric and Erkic 11 each.
Val Melderen led Belgium with 16 points and Emma Meesseman added 14.
Slovenia improve to 4-1 in the group, with Belgium at 0-5.
