Handed more minutes last season than any other player for Umbertide, it confirmed the forward as a leader for her club team and that could soon transfer to  the national team. Having had limited opportunities in the failed bid to make EuroBasket Women 2011, Cinili found herself with almost 20 minutes-per-game last summer, evidence of her expanding maturity and influence. Playing the game with a distinctive style, she is mobile, runs the floor well and regularly make shots from behind the three-point line. She is also adept at coming up with steals from her good anticipation and reading of the game. She could probably be a little bit more ruthless at the hoop, but remains an important player in the frontcourt rotation of Coach Ricchini.
